Gas ramps/gas trains are designed and produced according to site gas specs that gas can be different conditions and chemical compositions as natural gas, biogas, korosion effected gases, hot gases, poisoned gases, high pressure gas as.

All componenets are need to be choosen carefully by engineering mentality.

Gas trains/gas ramps basic components can be as below but not limited. Basic gas train components that need to be on the gas line; flow meter, gas ball on-off valve, gas filter, inlet manometer and cock valve, gas pressure regulator with/out shut off valve, outlet manometer and cock valve, manuel relief valve and automatic relief valve, gas control valve, servomotored/manuel butterfly gas adjustment valve etc. If there are exploded risk on the gas line need to be add flame arrester, if gas pressure is very low then need to be add gas buster etc..Acording to gas specsat site, gas line components matearils can be shosen stainless steel, aluminun or carbon stel, and gas line equipments specs can change much more.
